Contributions to MTMedPAC are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations will be used for political education activities and/or state election activities where allowed. Contributions are not limited to the suggested amount. The MMA will not favor or disadvantage anyone based upon the amounts of or failure to make a contribution to MTMedPAC. Contributions to and expenditures by a political committee are regulated by the Montana Commissioner of Political Practices pursuant to Title 13, chapter 37, part 2, MCA. Dues are payable to MMA. 20% (estimated) of MMA dues allocable to lobbying are nondeductible.
