Fostering Collegiality Among Montana's Pathologists
The objectives of the Society shall be to advance the practice of medicine and the subspecialty of Pathology, to foster close association and cooperation among members as well as the general medical community, and to enlighten and inform the public about the practice of Pathology and its role in scientific medicine.
This shall be accomplished by stimulation of scientific investigation, by periodic conferences, by improvement of laboratory methods, by study and discussion of socioeconomic factors that influence the practice of Pathology and clinical medicine, and by mutual assistance. All objectives share the common purpose of promoting safe and optimal patient care.
2018 Montana Society of Pathologists Annual Meeting
April 14, 2018 - Element Hotel - Bozeman, MT
Participants will identify the challenges associated with diagnosing and reporting of prostate, bladder, kidney and testicular cancers/tumors.
Attendees will gain knowledge regarding grading and staging of prostate, bladder, kidney and testicular cancers/tumors.
The conference promotes collegial discussion and sharing of concepts for challenging diagnostic dilemmas experienced region-wide.

2017 Montana Society of Pathologists Leadership
Dr. Annie Morrison Dr. Adam VanRegenmorter
2017 Annual Meeting was held March 18, 2017 at Buck's T-4 Lodge
in Big Sky. The day began with an annual business meeting of the
Society where Dr. Annie Morrison, a native Montanan and member
of MSP who practices in Las Vegas, was elected President. Dr. Adam
VanRegenmorter will to continue to serve as the Secretary and Treasurer.
A dozen pathologists from around the state spent the day learning and
earning Continuing Medical Education credits focused on Surgical Pathology
and Cytopathology. Keynote speaker, Edward Stelow, MD, of the University
of Virgina presented five sessions. An evening dinner capped off the event.
